We avoid using metal studs and rivets, preferring 100% natural materials like Corozo buttons made from the Tagua plant seed coming from the rain forest in Ecuador, Perù, Colombia and Panama. This is a great alternative to plastic buttons and it's also a great way to prevent deforestation as the seeds of Tacagua plant are ready to be worked only after the fruits has fallen from the tree making it a sustainable industry which provides a living to more that 30.000 families in Ecuador alone
Main Labels, Tags and Packaging are made of Compostable and Biodegradable certified material to ensure the garments to be easily recycled at the end of it's life
As part of our commitment with the planet we decided not to use any leather patch on our garments
